A graduate of the University of the West Indies and Hugh Wooding Law School, Deale was called to the bar in October 1999. He has also obtained an LLM (Banking and Finance) from Queen Mary, University of London and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Canada. Deale has a wide range of civil litigation experience prosecuting and defending complex commercial, administrative, and constitutional matters. He has also advised on bond issues and high value commercial loans. His areas of practice include commercial and tortious litigation, public law, financial regulation and compliance, employment and labour law, and insurance.
